Secure payments

Payments run through a double-entry escrow ledger built for accuracy. When a cancellation is approved the order amount returns to your balance — the service fee and any tax are non-refundable.

Seller levels are computed from real performance metrics — never purchased — so a higher level always means a longer track record of delivering well.
