When you pay for an order, your money doesn't go straight to the seller — it's held in escrow by Gigolance's ledger. The seller is only paid once you approve the delivery, so you're protected for the whole order.

From the order page, open the Resolution Center and choose the outcome you need: revision, extension, or cancellation.

Reach a resolution
The seller can accept, decline, or counter. If you can't agree, escalate it for a Gigolance review.

A refund returns the exact escrowed order amount — the checkout service fee and any tax are non-refundable — to your AVAILABLE balance the moment it's approved, with no waiting period, because the clearance window only applies to seller earnings, not buyer refunds. And since nothing is paid to the seller until you approve, there's no chasing a payment back.
