Withdrawing your earnings

How to move available funds to your bank, what the withdrawal lifecycle looks like, and how to keep payouts smooth.

5 min read

Once earnings clear into your Available balance, they're yours to withdraw. Payouts on Gigolance are designed to be predictable: you see the status change the moment you request one, and again the moment it settles.

Before you can withdraw

  • The earnings must be in your Available balance — cleared, not still pending. See Understanding your earnings.
  • You need a payout method connected (set this up under Manage payout methods on your earnings page).
  • Your account must be in good standing.

The withdrawal lifecycle

  1. 1

    Request

Choose an amount up to your Available balance and confirm. The balance drops immediately and the payout enters a processing state — so your numbers are honest from the first second.

  2. 2

    Processing

The payout is sent to your provider to settle, and you'll see it as processing on your earnings page until it lands. Most bank transfers arrive in 1–10 days — your earnings page shows the estimated dates for each one. How long depends on your bank and country, not on Gigolance: a local transfer can clear in a day, while an international one routed through an intermediary bank takes longer.

  3. 3

    Completed

When the provider confirms, the payout is marked paid and added to your lifetime Withdrawn total. You'll get a notification.

  4. 4

    If it fails

If a payout can't settle (e.g. a method issue), it's marked failed and the funds are returned to your Available balance automatically — nothing is lost.

Your money is never in limbo

Because a request reserves the balance up front and a failure returns it, your funds are always accounted for — either available, in flight, or paid. You'll never wonder where a withdrawal went.

Getting paid faster

The fastest route to withdrawable money is a shorter clearing window, which comes with your seller level — Faster Payments at Top Rated. For a single order you need right now, Early Payout advances it instantly for a small fee. Both feed your Available balance sooner.

Keeping payouts smooth

  • Keep your payout method details current so a payout never fails on stale info.
  • Withdraw in sensible batches rather than tiny amounts — it's tidier in your records and statements.
  • Use Financial documents on your earnings page to export statements for accounting or tax.

Frequently asked

As soon as those earnings clear from Pending into Available — 14, 10, or 7 days depending on your level, or instantly for that order via Early Payout.

The amount returns to your Available balance automatically and the payout is marked failed, so you can fix the method and try again. No funds are lost.

Gigolance charges no fee for withdrawing. What every withdrawal carries is a 1.2% FX Margin Fee, and it is worth being precise about what that is: your balance is held in USD, but payouts are sent from our AUD account, so every withdrawal crosses a currency border. Converting USD to AUD costs us — that 1.2% recovers it. It is not a service fee for using Gigolance, and it is not Wise's transfer fee (Wise charges its own and takes it out of the money in transit). You see both amounts, and what will land in your account, before you confirm. Early Payout — advancing an order that is still clearing — is a separate, optional fee.
